JOB DESCRIPTION:
Train operations staff on - and solicit feedback of - tool enhancements. As well as convey development and availability issues through periodic reports and reviews. Must be available to provide support at odd hours and participate in on-call rotation.

Functions well in a multi-tasking environment
Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Version control – CVS, Subversion, etc.
Systems administration experience – OS builds, package & patch management
